My friend Angela has been abused by her 20 year old son and extensively by her ex-husband, who has a history of alhocolism and domestic violence. The son has a his tory of drug abuse. He resently came from his native country and he threaten to kill her and in a rage distroyed the mother's apartment who now has to replace the bedroom door out of her own pocket. My friend Angela is in fear and as a foreigner who does not speak English and who loves her son, she does not know what to do. I know what to do, however, I need to direct her with caution, for fear that she feels sorry for the abuser and may become a victim of him. When I go to the apartment today, I will take some pictures.
