Aroma Therapy Recipe

I love using oils to create a unique blend to help with mental or physical ailments.

The best place to start is by learning about the different oils and their properties. Once you are familiar with at least a handful of oils, you can begin creating your own mixes and recipes that make you feel good.

One of my favorites is...

For Relief of Depression, add these oils to an oil diffuser with a scentless flame (candle)...

Clary Sage - 5 Drops
Grapefruit - 5 Drops
Ylang Ylang - 5 Drops

Another good idea is to make your own massage oils.

Add all ingredients into a bottle and mix well. Apply with warm hands...

For headache relief...

Rosemary - 5 drops
Peppermint - 5 drops
1oz of any carrier oil of your choice

Once you learn the oil properties, the recipe options are endless.
